Meet Jason

Jason is an award-winning entrepreneur, author, speaker, philanthropist, Navy veteran, and owner and Executive Chef of Endless Catering. He is also the founder and owner of Barks & Berries, a fresh, organic dog food company that’s making waves in the holistic pet food industry.

Before launching Barks & Berries in 2016, Jason built a strong foundation in nutrition, physiology, and endocrinology, while also running a successful financial planning firm in Arizona. In 2020, after the loss of one of his beloved Papillons, he founded Sage’s Light Foundation—an organization dedicated to raising awareness around diet-related diseases in dogs and supporting natural approaches to lifelong health.

As Executive Chef and owner of Endless Catering, Jason brings a passion for clean ingredients, creative flavor pairings, and deeply personal service. His culinary perspective is shaped by years of travel and exploration, where he immersed himself in diverse food cultures and cooking traditions. These global influences continue to inspire his menus, blending vibrant flavors with thoughtful presentation to create unforgettable dining experiences.

Beyond the kitchen, his passions for animal welfare, travel, and lifelong learning inspire everything he does.
