What is the deposit requirement and what is the payment schedule?
To secure your date, we require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days before your event. We’ll provide a clear payment schedule at the time of booking so you know exactly when payments are due, making the process simple and stress-free.
How far in advance should I book Endless Catering for my event?
We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your preferred date, especially for weddings and large-scale events. Many clients reserve their dates 6–12 months in advance, but we always do our best to accommodate last-minute requests when availability allows.
How much does Endless Catering cost?
Our starting prices vary depending on event type and size:
Weddings: Starting at $45 per person
Corporate Events: Starting at $25 per person
Social Events: Starting at $45 per person
Large-Scale Events (500+ guests): Starting at $25 per person

What areas do you serve? Do you travel outside Huntsville?
Endless Catering is based in Huntsville, Alabama, and San Tan Valley, Arizona. We love to travel for special celebrations and bring our full-service experience wherever your event takes us. Starting in January 2026, we’ll begin booking 2027 events throughout the Greater Phoenix area, expanding our hospitality to the Southwest.
Are your meals prepared fresh at the event?
Absolutely! Most of our cooking and assembling happens right on site, from our chefs’ hands to your guests’ plates, so everything is fresh and full of flavor. Soggy food has no place at a celebration!
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions or allergies?
Absolutely. We can tailor menus to meet a variety of dietary needs, including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and common allergies. Just let us know your requirements during the planning process so we can ensure every guest can enjoy a thoughtful, delicious meal.
Do you provide tastings before the event?
Yes! We offer six group tastings a year for $25 per person, and up to 6 guests. Booked couples are complimentary.
Can you do multi-meal flips for multi-day events?
Yes! Our team can transform spaces and menus between breakfast, lunch, dinner, or different meals across multiple days, all while maintaining the same high-quality presentation and service.
