Endless Catering was established in the Spring of 2011 by Executive Chef and Owner, Amanda J. Smith.


We, at Endless Catering, offer a wide variety of services, including Full Service Catering, rentals, floral, and more. 


We have a great addition this year to our company; we have a great venue that accommodates up to 200 guest inside and any number you can imagine outside. We would love to host your next rehearsal dinner, corporate party, or next special event at Endless Catering. Check out for more details on our venue.


We not only specialize in small events, but we also dedicate ourselves to large unique events, such as weddings, birthdays, graduations, office meetings, family reunions, and much more!


We also offer special services for businesses and home events that include Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner Entrées.

About Us

About the Chef

Amanda Smith graduated from Le Cordon Bleu, Orlando Culinary Academy. Since then she has worked for Multi Million Dollar catering services and Restaurants in preparation of providing excellence in hospitality and remarkable food.


She has worked side by side with Personal and Executive Chefs from Orlando, Florida to North Alabama building her own style, flavor, and creativity.


In April of 2011 she created and designed her own Catering Mobile Kitchen to advance and provide extraordinary services for unique occasions just for you.


In May of 2012 she then expanded and added a 2500 sq ft kitchen and venue to Endless Catering to be able to take on larger volumes and in house events.


In August of 2015 she is expanding again with a 36 acre farm to include a 4000 sq ft kitchen and

venue called Whistle Hollow that

will accommodate up to 150 guest

inside with overflow outside

on our 36 acres.  With several

ceremony sites and brand new bridal

cottage and grooms quarters.

In 2018 Endless Catering was awarded

Small Business of The Year for 1-10 Employees.
